Business Processes are related activities and tasks that collectively serve to achieve a purpose or goal.  They are composed of Management Processes, and Operational Processes.

Management Processes are the methods and governance chosen to guide the operation toward its goals.

Operational processes are the tactical and physical processes that are the essence of the operation itself.

All of these processes are all built upon the basis of “Infrastructure” – people, assets, procedures, practices, brands and products that make business processes effective, repeatable, and sustainable.  Successful Organizations examine and optimize their use of infrastructure in the context of their Strategic Plans, and routinely enhance, simplify, build and dismantle infrastructure as business conditions evolve.

I work with clients to assess Business Processes, identify gaps and infrastructure issues, and collaborate on solutions.
